Lightbulb Then the DEMO software needs to indicate this...

Can you see the problem this presents when users download your DEMO software to test their hardware and it says YES, then they purchase only to be slammed?? While I'm not saying your software may not be wonderful, i'll have to now go and purchase a compatible drive because I do want to use your software. I'm perturbed that your DEMO software is bugged in the sense that it reports OK what your company know nows to be NOT OK. You should post the data you referred me in the previous reply as a big disclaimer for anyone downloading the demo so that they don't end up with the same frustion. It's not the end of the world, if the Demo would have said NO last night I would have acquired a compatible drive (which will be here tommorow) and purchased your software after I received the drive. But it would have saved me an hour digging thru your web site & forum trying to figure this all out.

Thanks & I hope the Plexor USB I ordered will do the trick ! ! !
