Have been with you for some time now but getting tired of what I need to do to keep my program running not mutch freedom or trust on your part program does a lot of things now not sure how great this is but there are many option that should please any host out there and its getting better with the header zip file option but still a lot of things to do before it works well. Not sure how long I will stay with you hope you can make things better for all if not your lose plenty of programs out there now that are not hoster but get the job done.

If MTU allowed the kind of freedom or trust you want then they would not be in business today, because their programs would be pirated so many times that they would be bankrupt and out of business.
For current MTU programs, in most cases the programs can be removed from one computer and installed on another as long as this operation is done on-line can be done without having to contact MTU. There have been many improvements both to the programs and to the server support to allow more freedom for us in installing, upgrading, and sales.
If you have older versions then yes you must contact MTU through the Support Email Ticket to accomplish these tasks.
