For the first time, I downloaded a WMV file from Chartbuster. I imported it from the hard drive (hoster 4.31). I don't have any experience with MP4 and wasn't sure if it would work in Hoster. Don't even know what MP4 is. By the way, I have tried to download files from this company several times and they never download. I have to call them and they email them to me. They said there site is a beta version and should be completed in October sometime.

As a general rule, "Videos" do not show in the Preview Screen, but will show on the Singers Display. That is normal. MP4's I believe are for IPods only. If you have a choice, get MP3G files. Depending on your computer, sometimes WMV files will not show on the Singers Display. The Manual explains all this in better detail.
