I'm not asking for the Hoster program to be change to accommodate me, I've already been tolled No.., what I'm asking is for the information on the registry key that points to monitor #2 so I can charge it to monitor #3, I can do this myself if I had the information.

This will resolve the issue with my "Second Video Card" setup; it’s already been proven in my Test that it works with no issues with this one change.

Can I please have this information so I can better enjoy working with my Hoster program and my third monitor without these problems...Please...

Joe, may I suggest the "new" Live-Chat on the homepage. Maybe they'll know the answer to your Registry question, or direct it to the appropriate person.
