I would appreciate facts...

For a million years we used DOC format and had those who loved it (those who had WORD) and those who hated it (did not have WORD) because WordPad would NOT show the graphic images.

For 2 years we used PDF. All we got was complaints...
- I don't have the viewer (we even presented a dialog if they needed it with a link to go get the viewer)
- I can't find what I am looking for
- It doesn't work on my computer

Since we converted to htm format the complaints have been very minor from all sectors. When we forced it to open with Microsoft's Internet Explorer, almost all remaining complaints (from AOL users) disappeared.

If you want a PDF, import the htm and convert it. If Adobe Acrobat doesn't import HTM, then we won't do it either. There is NO WAY we can justify the time to convert and maintain a second format.

I do apologize for the problem with printing the graphic images as they split across pages. However, the document is meant to be used on-line. It is EXTENSIVELY hyperlinked to insure you can get to any question you have... instantly. The Table of Contents and the Heading structures are carefully designed to try to make each important area easy to find.

If you have some suggestions to improve our htm document, I'm all ears!

As to PDF... the answer is above.
