Easy method does put all the information in the Title block, so yes you need to use the Advanced and set the order for the items.
Don't forget to delete the ones you did with the easy method through the Edit Tool.
Because it basically ignores what was in the filename in the Easy method, then it chose one brand. With the Advanced it should read the DiskID and determine from that the brand.
