Here's the scoop. Sent this off to Support and Admin to look at and they found that the Upgrades for older versions up to 4.xx was not working and thus not showing for you or anyone on the server. According to email from Admin it should be fixed tomorrow. I would wait until later in the day to check to give them time to make sure it is working.
