I wantto make sure we were not wrong. You record indicates you ordered an upgrade on December 31, 2008 which gave you upgrades for 12 months, expiring on December 31, 2009. Your last install was Hoster 4.11, which you can still install.
For years we have requested existing users buy an upgrade (at 60% discount)
whenever we released an upgrade with features they wanted. An upgrade also allows installing all new releases for the next 12 months. We do make exceptions on bug repairs for existing users who have the prior version.
