I agree with what these guys have said about Dale for sure.
I am trying to work with the programmer on these issues. So I am going to be trying to reproduce the problems stated, normally if I can do this, then he can figure out a way to fix it.
If not, we may need to be able to come into some of your computers that are having the problem through a remote assistance program I have.
Also, we do appreciate every single customer that we have. We also take every new feature into consideration rather it is from a customer who just purchased the product yesterday, or a customer as you that have been around for years.
