no i did not get an e mail with a ticket number on the first e maili sent so i sent another emergency e mail with all the details and i recieved n aotomated reply within minutes. i do not know what happened to the firstemergency email i sent them. if i recieved the second confirmation of theticket number is it likely the first confirmation would be in my spam box
