You're right, that won't work very well. Besides, the worst you have to do is wait for the song to end then press the manual control and stop the show. (It doesn't seem to be a problem between songs in the manual mode. I have run several shows without noticing the problem as it only occurs if you need to stop a song in the middle. Hope that others notice this so the wizards at MTU can find it and fix it!
