Unfortunately, when you need registration reset, then there is nothing that can be done in here.
MTU will tell you the same thing I said as far as getting 4.02 back. This is why MTU and I both highly recommend you Save the download instead of using the Run and we also suggest you store this setup file in a safe location, like a CD.
I would also recommend you do all the recommendations for your operating system listed in the Support section before installing Hoster.
