As I stated earlier Songbook.rtf is a Microsoft Word format and you open it in Word or Word pad. If you want to view your files in Access you need to open the files "Songs" which if you have your folder view set to show the extensions will show as "songs.mdb"
If you want to open the Songbook.rtf file right click the file from the window that opens choose "open With" if you have Word installed it will show there together with Wordpad, choose Word
