Got a new laptop
 

good morning. I have searched through the forums but cant seem to find what I am looking for. I have a laptop with winxp and running hoster 3.319 on it. I have all the kma files and everything seems to work.

Its time to upgrade so I purchased a new computer and installed hoster 3.321 on it and windows xp. I copied all my kma files over into the c:\mtu\KMA Files.

I then went to Tools --> Build songs Database. It rebuilt the database with 5018 song DB Track.

All is well. I open hoster and do a search by bookid for several books and almost all of them say Undefined. But on my old machine they are fine. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Its like there is something wrong with the KMA files. Not sure where to go from here.

Try re-installing Hoster. Don't think anything is wrong with your KMA files, but for some reason Hoster is not reading them correctly to get the information needed to fill in the Artist and Title. I had a few come up that way when I did a rebuild after installing 3.321, so there may be a problem MTU will need to look at.
