you should run the program from the C: drive and put all your music on the other drive.

To work correctly without problems always install programs (all) on the C: drive. Leave your music files on the D: drive so you don't fill up the C: drive. Also I would look at what else you have on the C: drive to see if anything can be moved to the D: drive, such as Document files.
Really for XP to work without getting too slow your C:drive should be 35 - 50% free. This gives plenty of room for page swapping and defragmenting.

Thanks Guys!

Like many others, I'm not as computer literate as I should be, in order to recognize where to find and repair anything that is not point & click. Usually get in trouble by clicking to many times on the wrong buttons.

Thanks to Hoster for being so user friendly, and to forum members for supplying input that addresses the few problems that I have encountered in the last 4 years !

Just wondering if that advice worked. I have exactly the same error code and am at a complete loss as to what to do about it.

Would appreciate any help.

Thanks Kathy
