no audio on kma
 

I have found that hoster plays videos from the same external hard drive and when they play the duration clock counts down. however when i play kma files from the same drive the graphics appear but no sound and also the duration counter does not count down. if i try another video it does count down but if i go back to kma it does not

the hoster version in question is th elates update march / april 2008

could anyone please help

Vista or XP?
For XP check to make sure the Volume Controls for the CD audio and Wave/MP3. You can get to it by double clicking on the speaker symbol in your task bar.
For Vista click on the same speaker icon and select mixer settings. Make sure Hoster volume is set high.
