Runtime Error?

I just upgraded to Hoster version 3.321 and I am seeing some parculiar errors. After the upgrade, I decided to put some new CD+Gs in to KMA files. When I get the window for Import CD tracks menu option, then click on Add Tracks - Online Database button, half the time I get a runtime error of sort.

It doesn't happen all the time but once the runtime error happens, I have to reboot to recover. Just restarting Hoster doesn't clear it. Anyone seen this before?

Are you connected to the Internet when you do this?
Are your Windows updates current (from Custom Update at Microsoft)?
What exactly is the error message you are getting? It will help if we know what is causing the error which the message will help us.

Is that ALL the updates from Custom Updates?
Als, what version did you upgrade from?

eben333 March 18th, 2008 11:16 PM

I checked on custom, there were three updates I skipped, one has to do with .NET, one with Outlook Express (which I don't use on that machine) and one to do with remote windows control something or another.

I have upgraded from version 3.317. Thanks.

You need the .Net for sure. Even if you do not have Microsoft Office your computer does have Outlook express, so that one should be done too.

The .Net framwork is important.
they are working on another .net 3.5
