Trying to install on Desktop

I am trying to install the Hoster upgrade on my desktop. It installed without any problems on my laptop. Once I'm on the internet, I open Hoster and start the process. Then in about 5 or so seconds a box opens and says.... Please ensure that your internet connection is up and running before continuing. If you would like to exit now, press cancel. I know the internet is running... without a doubt!!
Has anyone else had this problem?

Thanks

One time when I got that I determined it was because IE was open at the same time - I don't know why this would affect anything but it seemed to. :?

Other than that, only when my internets not working.

You have a Firewall installed on your computer that is blocking our Installation program from accessing our website. You must allow our program to go through your firewall. Most firewalls you can disable for a few minutes, so that you can run our installation to install your new software.

Some Firewall programs are: Norton Security Center, MCAffee, and ZoneAlarm.
