Raymond in your previous post on this HP was sending you a box to send back the notebook to them for repair. What happened with that?

hp sending box
i returned the notebook to hp they said they replaced the system board still haveing the same problems as described

It could be your memory is bad.
go to nvidia website, forums. you may find answer there. Bob |
Call HP back and tell them they didn't fix it.

call hp
just talked to hp they want me to do full recovery set back to factory standard then redo all windows and hp updates they think it maybe a driver or software conflict since they have allready replaced the motherboard but for some odd reason tech just replaced the board did not do system recovery there shipping recovery software overnight see if that hekps till i fully recover im in limbo will chech back then thanks

As to your problem with Importing, you didn't state what OS you have? I am guessing that you have Windows Vista, as you have the above errors. I have never run into this problem, I have run into similar ones, but not one that actually causes the driver to crash. Do you do anything or just leave the computer alone while it is writing the .kma files? I know that this is using alot of processor power to do these tasks and the thread priorities are set high, so we keep the processor power. Once this finishes, it should then allow the computer to redistribute the processor power to other applications. I wonder if some program that you have that your Video driver is using is needing more processor power then the system is allocating to it, while we are writing the files. There is no way to change this, as if we do, we will have problems when importing as we found in the past. |
