Uninstalling a program

Do the following:

1. Click the Windows Start button
2. Click the Settings command
3. Click the Control Panel selection
4. Click the Add/Remove Software Programs selection
5. Locate Microstudio in the list
6. Click the Remove button
7. Follow any other instructions needed

Once it is un-installed, you should run the Microstudio installation program you downloaded from our web site or that you received on CDROM. Your install security codes should work for the verison you are installing.

thanks for your reply admin.

unfortunately the computer has no record of microstudio being installed, due to completely formatting my hard drive.

i had my previous version of microstudio emailed to me with a username and password which i still have in my possession.

could you please send me the new download page to my email address.
