Install error upgrading Hoster Lite to Hoster - Fix: Install Microsoft .NET
 

I recently Upgraded Hoster Lite 3.316 to Hoster 3.316 (for $110.00), and when I attempted to install Hoster 3.316 on my 2nd PC (laptop with WinXP Home SP2) I got this error:

Unhandled Exception
Error Number: 0x80040703
Description: Failed to find DLL function: _ismtu.SetProduct
Setup will now terminate

Any ideas on what I need to do?

I also replaced the PC that had Hoster Lite 3.316 on it, and I get the same error when I try to install Hoster 3.316 on the new desktop PC (PC #1, also with WinXP Home SP2).
