Did you go through CONTROL PANEL, SOUNDS AND AUDIO DEVICES, VOLUME,
ADVANCED, set all the sliders up to full, and uncheck any muted ones?

If so and no change, show her how to submit a support ticket using her email address and password.

its probably the wave volume.

I believe "all the sliders" would cover that.

Billyo what were you feeding it into to listen to. Remember that the headset out will be a low/non-amplified output.

i got it fixed..theres a volume slider in front of the laptop ( not the volume icon ) and that was turned down..i had it coming from the headphone out to one of the channels on my mixing board ,the same way i do my laptop and don't have any problem with it..but anyway it's all fixed..thanks for the responsed..

I would still go through the procedure I outlined because your .WAV volume slider may be at less than full.

Wouldn't hurt to check.
