new password??
 
When I try to order it doesn't reconise my password.
when I click "forgot password" it says success new password has been sent to your email. But, I never get anything in my email. I have tried with the same results several times. HELP! just want to order Vogone ,why must it be so difficult and why don't they have phone support like PCDJ and all the others out there???

Do you still use the same email address that you originally ordered with?
If not that would be why you don't get the email as the new password is sent to your original registration email. Your best bet then would be to submit a Support Ticket to change your store account email to your current one, so you can get the new password.
If you are then check your "Junk Email" or check with your ISP to make sure email from MTU.com is allow through.

As far as the telephone support, many companies don't use telephone support, or now route you to India or elsewhere which is all but worthless.

You are WRONG! :m You should check out what you CLAIM ALL THE OTHERS are doing, before trying to make MTU look bad.

Forgive me Ron, but the problem is you have not followed our directions at all. You are NOT receiving the emails our store or Support Ticket system are sending you. Until you put @mtu.com into your email APPROVED or WHITE or FRIENDS list, you won't get anything from MTU. So when will you fix your problem? We're tired of hearing the same complaint from you in Support Tickets, emails and Forum posts. Fix your problem... OK? :r

Yes it is the same. Bryan verified it in the Store, and triggered the store script to send Ron another password. His email ISP or program is nailing it as spam.

That's it. That's the problem.......... :f

Go to the on-line store and sign in to your account. All of your passwords are there.

You just don't listen do you? I haven't changed my email. I am tired of asking for help and getting nasty replies instead, so are Caren Serio, Steve Smith and others. I have been in business for 30 yrs. and I always though that when more the one person compalins about the same thing it might be time to take a hard look at your business, they just might have a point.!!

No, forgive me, If you look at your records you will see that I have ordered and recieved products from you as recently as 6 mos. ago with the same email. you just don't listen!
And by the way, it is not my intension to make you look bad. You do that very well all by yourself. Just look at your response.

P.s. MTU has been on my approved list for years. How do you think I ordered vogone in the first place. ???

Dear ddouglass,
Thanks for your help. I am using the dame password since my last 3 orders from MTU. I got them all without incident. I haven't changed anything but I agree something has.
I did get my new password for the MTU community though. That really confused me.
Don't want to be a pest but would really like to order the new Vogone and I honestly don't know why I can't recieve my new password. Have checked my spam file also.
