Need to change out backup computer

Hello. My backup computer was a desktop, but I want to use a laptop as my backup computer. What are the steps that I must do in order to accomplish this?

I have been in Iraq for a year and have been out communication with MTU. I did not see a thread for the procedure. Thanks, ZZeliminator.

You will need to uninstall Hoster from the desktop computer, then submit a support ticket on the MTU website to have MTU reset your registration. What version do you have?

Changing computers.

Hello, and thanks for the reply. I have removed Hoster from the old computer. I had a ticket in since 12 July and I have not heard from anyone other than you. I am using 3.316. What should I do? Thanks, ZZeliminator.

Have you checked the status of the ticket? They may have answered and you didn't get the email due to spam blocker or isp spam blocker or who knows what reatson.

Hello. I just checked and have a reply to my ticket. I have not tried it yet as I am out of town. Thanks, ZZeliminator
