Okay, mine is the same. First, there is a 7-pin to rca adapter you can pick up usually on line. Just Google "7-pin to rca" adapter and there you'll find plenty of sites to order from. The RCA end connects to a video cable that goes to that little Yellow RCA connector on the back(or front) of the TV.

Do you know how to set properties for "second monitor"?

Just a thought in case you want to have more than 1 TV hooked up so that the audience can see and sing along. I use an s-video cable connected from the laptop to an rf converter s-video in. The converter has rca out as well as cable outputs. We currently have the on stage tv connected to the rca out and have run a cable out to a splitter so that we have 5 tv's mounted for the audience. I am sure there are any number of ways to do this.

i am not a big computer guru , but i am sure many of you are.i am trying the demo of hoster. everything seems pretty easy to use. one thing is bothering me. 2 screens are showing the words as the song is playing, a third screen shows the singers names. how does that work in a real show?

You set up 2 screens.
One is the computer monitor and this has your program window where you input the playlist. There is a small window with the words for you (the KJ) to monitor.
The second will have the words for the singer while the song is playing and if you turn on the Singer Name Display (SND) that will show when the song isn't. This screen can be sent to multiple TVs if you want/need to do so, by using an rf converter with multiple outputs.
The only way you could get the SND to be on a screen by itself would be to have a video card setup in your computer that would use a secondary card and allow setting up 4 monitors in an extended desktop. There are a few that will work that way.
