How can I upgrade from hoster 3.313 to the latest version?

Open Hoster, click on HELP, then CHECK FOR UPDATES (or words to that effect).

That will take you to the proper page.

That doesn't work for Hoster yet George. All other programs that works but it hasn't been added to Hoster yet.

Rontoo you will need to open a Support Ticket to get a download link for the 3.316 upgrade.

Unable to install Hoster
 
I bought Hoster last year and installed a copy on my laptop 399.00 verson. I took the laptop with me overseas. Only a few days after arriving O/S the program would not open. I got an error message. (Registration Code did not match.) For about 4 months I was not able to contact MTU because of my location. However after sending several messages to Support I got no responce. I returned to the US the end of March. I just started to try to straiten out the problem. I bought the up grades 179.00+. Sill did not work. got the same error. I contacted Support... No responce. WHAT to do:m

first of all the program is not $399 and the upgrade isnt $179

To be exact the price was 179.94. Up grade. The virsion I bought was more the 399.00.

Time is short
 
I will be returning O/S on Wed. 6 June. I just expect things to work when it is placed on the computer. I really don't care that much about the $'s. I just do not have the time to spend on the internet trying to solve a problem...

Then how come I can open my old 3.301 Hoster, click HELP, CHECK FOR UPGRADES , ORDER, on either the full product or the upgrade, and be led to the purchase page for the one selected, or one can click on KARAOKE PRODUCTS from either page, and wind up with the purchase page for the entire portfolio..

Checked all that out before I posted?

Are you sure you didn't buy Hoster + Karaoke Suite and then the upgrade for those? Hoster has not been in the $300-$400 for at least 4 years.
Price not withstanding go to the Support Center, register (yes it requires a separate registration which is to pick a name and password which can be the same as used in forums), and submit a support ticket. They will answer that. MTU has constantly stated not to send emails because they either don't get through or get missed in the massive amounts of email they get.
Have you ever tried to reinstall after getting the registration not matching error? If you do have the Karaoke Suite and installed Microstudio last then there was a know bug that it would cause this error for all the other MTU programs if it was installed last. Work around was at that time to install it first.
Even with the upgrade install you should be using the original registration code.

To purchase...yes, but he doesn't need to purchase because from 3.313 to 3.316 is a free minor upgrade and the free download link is not there.:g
