Ticket Response Time?
Hi-
I've had a ticket in for almost 3 days- I bought a new laptop and need to uninstall Hoster on my old one and install on the new one. How long does it take to get a response from support? Thanks... |
Have you gone back to Support Center and checked on the status of the ticket? MTU may have responded but you didn't get the email because of spam blocker or some other problem.

Yes- that's where I keep checking it. I hope to get Hoster moved over to the new laptop because it is running Vista and I have a party coming up in a couple of weeks. Don't want to wait until the last minute and have glitches.............

you are allowed to install on 2 computers.

I know. I have it installed on a backup shuttle that I keep at the house in case of emergencies. I use my laptop for my parties and have the shuttle tucked away in case of a crash.
