microstudios installation
 

I'm trying to reinstall my microstudio v2.609 on my computer and after is shows my registration info. it is prompting me to save all this info on to a floppy disc, I don't have a floppy drive on this computer therefore I can't do this and it won't give me an option to skip this step. What can I do? I have had it installed on this computer before, but I may have done it with assistance from mtu when I upgraded my program I'm not sure. Can you help?

The program only calls for a floppy during the installation process when it is not making an internet connection when it attempts to send your installation info to MTU.

You may try again. It could have been a heavy traffic period on the path to MTU.

If it fails again, you may look to see if you have any firewalls turned on that may be blocking a connection.

You need to be connected to the internet when you install.
