I lost my singer name display box

I had the box open for the singer name display and when I put my cursor in it to move it on the screen, it went away and I cannot bring it back. I have tried everything I can think of but I can't fix it. Anyone have any idea?

There is a knowledge base article in the Support Center that tells you step by step how to fix this. It does involve deleting some registry entries so be careful and delete only what it says to delete.

Here is the link:

Usually happens when you turn on the computer without the TV on, I think. Not every time but the only time mine did it was.

It worked perfectly. Deleting the Default file fixed it and I used it for my show last night. Thank you for your assistance.

We used to have error checking code in Hoster to detect this condition, and restore the display to its factory default position. I don't know what happened to it. I've scheduled a Hoster 4.0 upgrade to check on this and restore the prior code.

That's great. I will look for it. Thanks
