Microstudio 4.000 install error 7a
 
Hi
I just purchased the upgrade for KHPro Suite 4 and was trying to install microstudio. The link downloaded but when I went to install after it sent info to MTU it came back error 7A contact MTU. Have I done something wrong here???
I was looking forward to maybe getting some keyboard time on the new programs this sunday but I guess ..... Thanks for the help

You need to submit a Support Ticket to get MTU to fix it. Probably the wrong email address.

Thanks I did submit a ticket, I could not find this error in the forum, I installed the other 3 components of KHpro suite without a problem so it is not the email address and i triple checked the registration code. not sure what the story is. I am anxious to use the new program with the updates. hopefully it is nothing too complicated with this error code

I had the same error 7a. I was using the wrong reg. code.

Sorry I did not come back to show that this is closed. The file that MTU sent was corrupted and they added another Microstudio to my order and now everything is fine. :)
