error "read toc"

Error: "read toc" command failed on device 0:1:0

I get this message when I try to open Microstudio 2.1.0.3 using windows 98
Any suggestions - I've tried reloading software & rebooting

Are you copying a Sound Choice disc?

Buy the upgrade to Microstudio 2.310 or better...

That should solve your problems.
