I've always thought this advice was for new customers not for old loyal existing customers. Lesson learned. I will check all new so called features in future.

Old LOYAL existing customers would not complain about everything that comes up. You're complaining about approx. $32.00 a yr. average for 7 yrs. for 5 of the Industries Leading programs The SUPPORT is worth that!!!!
As far as testing the Demo goes...Do you not test drive a new car before you purchase it. or do you expect the same FEATURES as your old one???
