ive upgraded from 2.13 to 3.04
but when i try to install it says my reg is for another product
how do i get a new registration

Did you purchase the upgrade or just download it? This is not a free upgrade for 2.13. When you purchase it your new registration code will be in your store account.

ok i was led to beieve it was a free uograde
like my other software offers
so now ive lost my 2.163
cos downloading the upgrade removed it very nicr?

When you get upgrades you should Save instead of run the download. This way you can go back to the previous version if there is a problem.
I don't know where you got the idea it was a free upgrade because the release clearly said it was free to version 3.000 or newer.
