3.316 free for EVERYONE with 3.3

The above is from the product change page regarding 3.316. Are you sure you mean "everyone" or everyone who already owns 3.000 or later?

If it means everyone, I need my download link adjusted. There is no free upgrade download, only purchases.

Needs clarification.

The emailed 3.316 download link did not work. I tried it several times. Is there a way to acquire the free upgrade through the website? Thanks in advance.

Open Hoster, click HELP, then click CHECK FOR UPDATES.

Use DOWNLOAD, not BUY.

70mlbu, the download link does work. You are one of thousands who received it. There is something else blocking your getting the file.

Didn't know it had changed..

Still works that way with my 3.301, but there's no free download link, just purchase.

Should I have gotten an e-mail having 3.301 installed?

Download email was waiting for me this morning. Certainly wasn't looking for it this soon, especially on a weekend...thanks.

There wasn't any pressing issue. As you know, I don't use Hoster, but try to keep current with the entire portfolio to help others with problems...thanks again.

3.316 email link
 

I forwarded the email link (actually the entire email message) to my wife's email so I could retrieve it on our "show" computer. Could that cause trouble with the download? It's the only thing I can think of.

We're using 3.312 right now. It is the version I downloaded on the "order" page after reading George's previous post. 3.316 wasn't listed.
