CD Burns and Plays on PC and Cheap Karaoke Machine
 
I used the Microstudio to copy CD+G songs & burned CD-R. This new CD works great on the PC and on one of my (cheaper) Karaoke machines. This CD does not work on my High-End Karaoke.

Is it really about the media (I am using Sony CD-Rs)

What version of Microstudio did you use? :?

The MTU media we sell has never been reported to fail on any Karaoke Player. As you say, it is often about the media. Also, be sure to never use CDRW media as most Karaoke Players will NOT play this media.

I had a Numark CD/CDG unit that did not play anything well that was burned at a higher speed than 4X ... it was actually the recommended speed for copied discs to be played in their products user manual
