Lost Singer's Name Display Screen

Really weird. Was working with my Hoster test machine
and was trying to resize the SND when all of a sudden it disappeared. To be specific, I was on the second screen and had the pointer on the left edge and was going to shrink it a little horizontally. Not sure if i double-clicked by mistake or what, but poof, it was GONE!

I knew there was something about that somewhere. Thanx, Pal.

Oh, oh . On that instruction it says after click hoster:
"click on default"

There is a folder underneath the hoster folder that says default.

And there is a lone file to the right in the regedit screen that says default no value set.

When I click on the default folder underneath the hoster folder, there are over 30 files. Do I delete that whole folder or do I delete the lone file to the right when hoster is highlighted....I tried this and said it couldn't delete file.

I have a gig at 8:30pm tonight, coud someone respond by then please?

Thank you

i dont have a computer running hoster but all you have to do is select the default. if you click hoster and it it drops down a box with all the info thats in the right window its all the same.

worst comes to worst, reinstall hoster

That's the problem Beav, there are tewo defaults to select. One is a folder called default and the other is a file called default over to the right.

Step #7 says:
Click the (+) besides hoster.

#8 is where I'm stuck.

8. Click default to select it.

Does this mean the folder called "default" under the hoster folder or does it mean the file called "default" to the right side of the screen when the highlight is on hoster folder?

im pretty sure it the same folder

click the one to the right

Your right that did cause one to pause and ponder, so I gave it try on one of my computers and it is the default folder located under the Hoster folder that you want to delete, NOT the default file to the right when you select the Hoster folder.

That will reset all your persistance settings so I would plan to have a few minutes to go through and reset everything (font/size, #names to show, seconds between songs etc.)

Thanx pal, mindonstrike to the rescue!

Gotta go. fixed and reset, thanks a bunch again!
