Lost Program
Due to a major windstorm, a power outage caused my partition to not be recognized by the computer, and after paying almost $100 to a reputable computer shop for a repair that didn't work, I reformatted my hd, losing all the files, including the Microstudio 3 program. Fortunately, the confirmation letter was saved on another drive. On the MTU site, in my account folder, the link is no longer valid, so I cannot download the program. How do I get the program that I originally purchased December 8, I believe, of this year?

Submit a Support ticket and they should be able to help you. Of course this is the reason you should have the setup program saved to a CD.:g

Support ticket?
How do you do this? Unfortunately, I feel the support area of MTU's URL is not the most user friendly.:f

I am not sure why you say that. Click on submit a ticket fill in the form and submit it. They will email you when it is reset.:g

Why I feel that way
It took me a while, but I finally figured out what to do. I am a newbie to forums of this type, and to the MTU support page. I feel it could have been made so simple that even a newbie could easily figure it out. But, it is figured out and the ticket submitted. Thanks for the help.:)
