search box closes really, really, slow.
 

When i do a search, the search box flickers, then pauses way too long before it closes. This makes me real nervous. I'm not sure if this has been reported or not.

version 3.313

Shuttle computer
2.4 gHz dual core
256 mbyte ram - 256 bit video card nvideo 7900 (neart top of line)
500 GByte unternal HD
2 GByte Ram memory
no other programs running!!!!

never did this with 3.312 on a much weaker laptop I previously had.

Any ideas!!

are you sure your hard drive is ok ??

open your task manager and watch the processes when you shut the search box. sort the field by memmory usage.
