microstudio 3.002
 
is this an upgrade and is it free?.i read that it was released 12/11/06.and a download link was emailed to microstudio owners..for some reason i did not get an email i still have 3.000 version

12/11/06 is tomorrow......might be why you haven't gotten the email?:?

Did you get the email for the 3.001 release? If so then you should get the one for 3.002 when it is released.:g

i didnt' get any email for any of the upgrades..but anyway i hope i get it this time..but anyway this upgrade is it free? thanks for the info..

Then you need to submit a Support Center ticket to let MTU know you haven't received an email about the upgrades.

More importantly contact your account at your email provider and be sure that mtu.com is in your whitelist. If not, you won't get ANY emails from MTU... ever. That is 95% of the problems when folks don't get emails.

It is a free upgrade to those who paid for Microstudio 3.000. :w

mtu is on my whitelist since i got an email for the hoster upgrade, i know that microstudio is a part mtu just a diff. program..please correct me if i'm wrong.. and i also got the email on your holiday specials..

Run Microstudio > Help menu > Check for Updates command.

The displayed page has a DOWNLOAD link to get the latest version you are entitled to. :w

thank you i got the email this afternoon.microstudio is now downloaded and installed..thanks again
