Help with registered email
I no longer have my registered email address so I need to change it but can't login to my account. What can I do to fix the problem without posting my new email address. Actually I think it was the original address I had when I first registered with mtu. (if you still have that on file, it's a yahoo email)
Thanks, any help will be appreciated wallymeister :g |
if your semi up to speed with versions of hoster, you will receive a email for upgrading the software (3.313)

Thanks for the replies guys but no, I won't recieve an email for upgraded version of hoster. I no longer have that email address.
I can't get logged in to support center cause my password is not working and the email that they would send a new one is no longer. So, awaiting a reply from mtusupport. wallymeister :g |
As of last week, you can submit a ticket without signing into Support Center. Since privately submitted Tickets are NOT PUBLIC, you can give us your old and new emails there. :w

Sorry admin but submitting a ticket says a login is required. Unless there is some super secret to how to do this.

Wally you can register a new account to get into Support Center. Registration asks for an email address and you can use your new one there. Then fill out a ticket.:g I guess they haven't gotten the non-login SC fixed yet.:r

We tried to disable the registraton requirement, but there was one check box left that was still requiring this. I just disabled it.
Now you can submit a Support Ticket without registering. However, if you don't register, you must return and search for your Ticket since the scripts won't be able to email you. Also... You MUST tell us your full name and email (visible ONLY to MTU). We can't find your records or solve your problem unless you tell us who you are. :w |
