Can't Load After Computer Re-Blast

I purchased a hard copy of Microstudio 2.315 back approximately 3 to 4 years ago. Probably 2 years later I purchased an downlaodable upgrade to a newer version that allows a split screen application. I obviously don't have the original software for the upgrade and this creates the problem.

Everytime I do a re-blast of my computer or change my computer (which I just did) I have nothing but problems with re-loading my program.

I also want my account information changed so I don't have to remember that the e-mail address I originally registered is different from the one I have now simply because I have changed internet providers.

Used to be: b_fisher@telusplanet.net

Now: b_fisher@shaw.ca

Can you please help me get my program loaded again !!!!!!

You need to turn a support to have that changed. Click here.

This isn't really the help I was looking for as the support area doesn't have the answers to my problem.

Brent what Larry was trying to say was you need to create a support ticket to get MTU Support to reset your email addresses.

As to getting those versions of Microstudio back, I don't believe that is possible. If you didn't have them saved to a CD then you will have to purchase an upgrade to the new version 3.001 which just released Friday. I will warn you that this is a completely rewritten version and will the screen will not look the same. The great thing is the function is still there with a great many additions made. It is well worth upgrading.
