Microstudio update gets error message

I am a registered user. I bought my Microstudio program direct from MTU. When I loaded the update in, I can't run it. I get an error message regarding the operating system and the computer hardware in use. I looked into the error report contents and saw system information that does not match my computer. How can I correct this? Microstudio worked before I updated the version.

We need to know what exactly the error message said in order to determine the fix action.

Windows NT 5.1 Build:2600 is Windows XP so that is the correct information.

First thing is to make sure your Windows XP has all the updates installed. This will prevent the installation if not done.
