Microstudio will not start

I am running an older version of Microstudio in windows XP. When i try to start the program I get a windows error and the program will not start. I have to fully unistall the microstudio, re-install it for it to run. Does anyone know why or how to fix this problem.

That would depend on the error message. You would get better responses if you posted this in the Microstudio Help Forum instead of this one.

Moved to Microstudio Help Forum.

What are the error messages you see?

What version are you running?

Have you updated your Windows recently?

Microstudio

Thank you for responding

The error message reads:

"Microstudio MFC Application has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

Windows XP if fully updated

Microstudio 2.315

I know this is a real old version, but it's all i could afford. The same thing happens on all the other components as well - I have to uninstall them and re-install them to get them to fire up

Karaoke Home Producer 3.100
Vogone 2.104
Keyrite 1.202

You have to uninstall and reinstall everytime? This sounds like a Windows problem or a hardware problem, because there is nothing common to all those programs that would cause this.
Are you having problems with any other programs?

Microstudio help

The programs will stay as long as I do not reboot and they will operate normally. Once I reboot then it seems like this is when I notice the problems.

I do not have this problem on any other programs.

Try uninstalling all of them, then reboot, reinstall Microstudio first then reboot and try it. If that works then install the rest and reboot and try them.
