i've submitted a ticket and trying to looked it up and everytime i tried to logged in i get an "invalid user name" i have submitted a ticket before ad didnt have any problem logging in..

If your ISP is AOL, that is the problem. Find a new ISP. :r

If not, trying using Internet Explorer.

I am not using aol i'm using internet explorer..all my pc's and laptops are,
as a matter of fact i just removed the 6mos. aol free on my new laptop
