Try going to Microsoft.com and look under downloads for microsoft net framework v2.0. That's where I found it a couple of months ago, and installed with no problems.

Perhaps it's the link that's bad.

ms net framework v2.0

I went there and it still is off line when you go to download it. It is the same link as they give you from mtu. And now I don't have microstudio because the program removes it then ask you to download ms net framework v2.0.

If Microsoft's download site is unavailable, it is temporary because; 1) either too many users like you are trying to access it, or 2) it is off line they will bring it back up shortly. Try again, and again to over come #1, or try again in a few hours to overcome #2.

You should be able to reinstall 2.613 if you need to. I don't know of any reason why it wouldn't install again. You did save the 2.613 download installation file to a CDROM like MTU tells you to... didn't you? If not, go to your Store Account and download it again from your Microstudio 2.613 or prior order. THEN... be sure to save it to a CDROM so you can reinstall it.

Something's wrong or my timing was fantastic. I saw your post about fifteen minutes ago and went directly to Microsoft, Downloads, selected the file, and downloaded it again with no problem.

I'm not saying I couldn't have slipped in there between all the traffic, but it seems odd.
