why the charge for hoster upgrade - Its free for you
 

I upgrade to hoster v3.310 on 9/2/06 for $39.99 order #46275 and now you want another $39.99 to upgrade to v3.312. Why? I go to my account and that is what it says.

Look down below on the accounts page and it gives you the available free downloads, should say 3.311 right now, and probably 3.312 tomorrow, unless your original email has changed.

When you log in to your account, click on "Show My Orders" on left side. Find the order for Hoster 3.310 and click on "View" thenscroll down to bottom. On lower left should be your download and as Bryant said it will probably say version 3.311. Within the next day or so it should change to Version 3.312 then you can download.
