Are you clicking on Add tracks using FreeDB or Add tracks using Database?

Slow Adding Tracks To Import

My problem also has to do with loading songs from a CDG into Hoster. It is not the same problem the other person is having, but I couldn't find out how to start a new thread. Here's hoping someone reads this and can offer some help. I recently upgraded my Hoster to 3.310. I have noticed that it takes up to 2 minutes for it to find the songs to import from it's database. I find this kind of crazy, since the older version did it in about 10-15 seconds, as I recall. What the heck is going on here? Is there a way to reduce this time?

Version 3.312 will be released this week. Upgrade to it and you will solve your problem.
