Hoster Crashes with DVI cable

I can run hoster just fine with a analog cable and s-video cable going to the secondary display which is a TV. When I try using a DVI cable, Hoster will crash sooner or later. Not a big problem since I can just stop using the DVI cable. So far I have tried updating the drivers for the video card, and tried a new cable. Did not work, uninstalled the drivers for the card and reinstalled the origional drivers, still had same problem.

I am using a connect3D Radeon X700 video card with 256 ram built in. Running a Dell 1704FP monitor with refresh rate at 60 and 1280x1024 which is the recommended setting.
