getting videos to display on second monitor
 

I have all my video settings set correctly, but for some reason when a video plays I can see it on my computer screen but can't get it to play or drag it over to the second monitor. i know this has been answered in the past but can't seem to locate a past reference to it.

In essence, how do I get the video to play on the second monitor?

It used to but I must have played with it too much at some point.
