free upgrade
 

I have version 3.303 & want to upgrade to 3.310. How do I do this without getting charged $. I paid for the upgrade to 3.303 in April/06...shouldn't I be able to upgrade to 3.310 for free? I went to the store & tried the last password I have when I upgraded to 3.303 but it starts the process of having to pay for the upgrade. What am I doing wrong?
Any help with this would be appreciated.

Go back to Store Account and when you have logged in, on left side click on "Show my Orders" Then click on view for your Hoster order. At the bottom of the page will be your link to download which should read hoster3310setup.exe instead of 3303. If it doesn't then go to Support Center and open a ticket for MTU to correct.
